Cold brew raspberry lemonade

We serve it in a glass, into which we first pour raspberry syrup, add ice cubes, quality tonic and finally pour cold brew coffee. This is obtained by steeping ground coffee beans in cold water for up to 20 hours. Thanks to slow extraction, the coffee has a higher caffeine content, but at the same time lower acidity, so it is smoother and sweeter as a result.
